Exhibitor Information

The 9th Annual Christian Waterfowlers Association International Waterfowl Festival and Benefit Banquet will be held Saturday June 8th, 2019 on the Cross Church Springdale, AR. campus.


We are asking a $100.00 suggested donation per each 10X10 booth space.  Each paid 10X10 booth space will include two $25.00 CWA Benefit Banquet tickets held on Saturday June 8th, at 6:00 PM.

The $100.00 booth fee goes towards the two banquet tickets, funding the event as well as the outreach ministry of the Christian Waterfowlers Assoclation.


Each exhibitor mush provide their own table and chairs.

We will provide a pipe and drape backdrop for booths located in the center of the arena floor. 


Since this is a basketball arena and not pre-wired throughout the floor with electrical outlets, we will provide some electrical outlets along each row.  If you need electicity, please bring extension cords and power strips to access the provided recepticals.


We will update setup and teardown dates in the next few months.


You will receive an email with additional exhibitor details about one month before the event. 


To register your booth, fill in the form below then click the Submit Button.  You will be directed to a second page with a link to complete the registration process by processing your booth registration fee online. ***Your booth will not be reserved until we receive your donation***

You do not have to have a Paypal account to complete your donation.  We use Paypal to process our cards and payments etc.
