Exhibitor Information

The 10th Annual Christian Waterfowlers Association Benefit Banquet will be held Saturday June 6th, 2020 on the Cross Church Springdale, AR. campus.


This year we will have a limited number of exhibitor spaces available before the banquet.

Setup is from 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM.  We ask that everyone have their booth set up by 3:30 PM.  We will open the doors to the exhibits at 4:00 PM.  The exhibit area will be open until right before the banquet at 6:00 PM.


Booth space is free this year.  However we ask that everyone running your booth purchase an adult or youth banquet ticket. 


Each exhibitor mush provide their own table, chairs, and backdrop behind your booth.


We will provide some electrical outlets along each row.  If you need electricity, please bring extension cords and power strips to access the provided recepticals.


You will receive an email with additional exhibitor details about one month before the event.
