Rules:

 

Teams will be comprised of two person teams.

 

Entry fee is $50.00 per team.  80% of the entry fee will be divided and awarded back to the top three places.

 

All teams must be registered and check in at 9:30 AM July 29th.

Contest is from 10AM - 11:30AM

 

All protein to be cooked on site.

 

Teams must provide own means to cook as well as a canopy.  Canopies will be placed in designated cook-off area.

 

Teams will have 1.5 hours to cook and present dish to judges.

 

All judging will be blind judging.

 

Dishes will be waterfowl and all garnishment must be edible.

 

Plates and wild game will be provided for each team.

 

There will be a maximum number of teams as detailed by CWA committee.

 

Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams.

 

Each team allocates a vote to each dish using the following criteria:

 

Taste/Smell out 0f 10 points.

Appearance out of 10 points.

Creativity/Style out of 10 points.

 

Teams must have a fire extingusiher next to their setup.

 

Winning team will have their dish featured on Killerchefs.com and CWA media etc.
